This series motor is of constant power adjustable speed The stator of this motor has 6 leadouts; The rotor adopts a set of compound coil line set and the design of the high-speed electrode can be carried out through three external slip rings; And the low-speed electrode rotor winding has been connected into a loop and the high impedance can automatically appear, at this time, it is equivalent that the squirrel cage motor runs. Since the rotors at both electrodes have high impedance, which can ensure a larger starting torque and the switching torque as well as effectively limit the starting current and the switching current.
When this series motor runs with low speed, after the proper resistance is provided to the rotor loop, change the exciting current of the eddy-current brake so as to adjust the torque and then realize the safe and balanced stepless speed adjustment in the starting or braking process, in this way, the lifting unit can be lifted in a balanced form or positioned accurately with random load.
YZRDW series motor from this works was awarded 7th National Invention Patent Prize due to its original design simple structure and good practicability. YZRSW series motor can limit the starting current and ensure a larger starting torque through three external slip rings whether high speed or low speed. The rotor adopt 5 slip rings, one of them is common.
