The YMDZ series friction dry type electromagnetic power lost brake releases when electricity is supplied, but applies the brake when electricity loses. It may become the new electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor with each kind of motors, and may apply in other automated installments, such as metallurgy, construction, chemistry, food-processing, machine, coal mine, packing etc. It is an important part of automatic control system to insure fast braking and accurate localization. This product is a patent product of our factory (the patent number: ZL99237686.6), its most remarkable character is the introduction of overseas 90's new technology. The friction disk is made of special-making semimetal material. The abrasive resistance is high, the definite value reaches 106 times. Moreover its structure is unique, the movement is keen, the volume is small, the torque value is big.

In 1997, we establish a complete set of quality control system in accordance with the international standard ISO9001-1994. In 2002, our factory made a complete improvement of the quality control system according to the ISO9001-2000. In 2006, Our factory obtained CE Certification of Europe Union.
